If you have not received an order within 7 days, please notify us by email at: info@sunshineconfectionery.com.au HOT WEATHER PROTECTION To ensure that your confectionery and chocolates arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, Sunshine Confectionery Outlet may delay the delivery of chocolates for one or two days if the weather is extremely hot on the day the chocolates are ordered. Also, if it is a Friday, we will generally attempt to send products on the following Monday so that the products do not sit in a delivery depot over the weekend. We are able to put your order in a foam box with an ice pack in a protective bag. This is usually sufficient to protect the order from heat for the duration of the delivery and is available for an extra $6.00 per order. We recommend for remote regional area deliveries, to use this method during the hot summer months. International Shipping - We do not ship overseas, due to postage cost and customs process. Returns Your satisfaction is our first priority at Sunshine Confectionery Outlet. If your item is damaged upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 3 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
